Hi everyone, my name is King. My mama said I have to thank the ever helpful and caring team of Animal Wellness Centre Pte Ltd, in particular Dr Jean-Paul Ly and Karen Quek 姐姐, so here we go.
I have a whole lot of issues as I was not being taken care of properly by my previous owner. This was how I looked like when mama first brought me to Dr Jean-Paul Ly for treatments (mainly for bad skin & swollen left front elbow). I was kind of nervous as vets always freak me out, but the nurses and Dr Ly were so gentle with me (which I kind of relaxed a bit, until I was stunned by a jab!!!) babying me throughout the consultation. My mama was given a list of ‘chores’ to do daily to make me better.
Within the next few days, I improved tremendously, and during my last consultation with Dr Jean-Paul Ly, everyone was so pleased with my progress. I cannot recommend Animal Wellness Centre enough. The treatment I have experienced has been outstanding and the relaxed and friendly atmosphere make even the most vet phobic dogs feel at ease. Dr Ly and Karen 姐姐 take endless time and trouble not only to diagnose and treat me, but also explain in detail, that can be understood to my layman mama. I am extremely fortunate to have a veterinary practice of this standard and cannot recommend it highly enough. If you are looking for a genuine and compassionate team of professionals for your beloved pet, then look no further, you have found them – this place is more than just a vet!
