Waking at 5am on 23 Sept 2021….the amount of fresh blood all over and whatever that thing dangling out of his anus…. i was at my wits end.
Waiting at the vet from 9 am……that anxious feeling. Then to be told that i need to get blood donors. Searching for donors. And finally getting donors who stepped forward. i am in awe at the people that came forward to help with their babies….
Blood test for blood group. And u think that is done? No….the need to test blood compatibility once a match is confirmed. When there is a match…3/4 of the battle is done. Next to prep transfusion for my baby….
That wait…Next to wait to surgery. Finally he gets in at 9 pm and after 2 hours….his intestines got cut, that mass removed and sent for biopsy. He came out of OT, all 3kg, like a figther.

To Dr Ly and the team at Animal Wellness Centre Pte Ltd…thank you. They weekly visits since July till now…
